The "Quinteto Osvaldo Aquilotti" is a group of young and talented musicians brought together for the fascination for tango music. It was formed in Zurich, Switzerland in 2012 the very same year Rolo Medina lands into this country coming from Buenos Aires, the cradle of Tango.
With his personalized musical arrangements and compositions he gets to seduce this magnficent group of musicians who master their instruments. The idea of the quintet is to think that tango is music as well as dance. Most of the musicians in the quintet are amateur tango dancers, which helps us to develop this idea. This concept makes the quintet as good to listen in a theater as to dance in a milonga.
